he monolithic design of the Villa envelope and landscape along with the perfectly arranged perforations, Provide privacy control and block visibility to adjacent plots. The Villa’s elements are displayed independently, forming planes that interact with the volumes which compose the buildings overall structure.

Sustainability Design Principles:
•Villa Design Aims to reduce the space heating/cooling demand and energy consumption:
•Thermal comfort will be achieved through passive measures good insulation, minimal thermal bridges

•Reducing solar gains and internal heat sources (for warm climates)
•Excellent airtightness
•Good indoor air quality, due to whole house mechanical ventilation system, highly efficient energy recovery
•PV Array Solar Power system above the penthouse will provide 40 % of the house electricity with expansion over time

Drip irrigation system Mix with Poly pipe Terrain irrigation system that delivers water to the root base of trees and shrubs eliminating wastewater
•Double glazed windows and doors
•Water consumption
•Energy consumption Low-energy lighting, fittings and home appliances

ustainability Analysis:
1.Openings are located in suitable way for good ventilation and airflow
2.Blind wall & Open Space: •Blind walls to prevent overlooking and protect from solar radiations; Front perforated screen to provide good ventilation and natural lighting; North and south courtyard with front Mesh screen to protect it from Sun sand storms.
3. Façade And Self Shaded Envelope: lf-Shaded
4. Fenestration: Triple glazed window G value = 0.4

•Percentage of glazing per façade orientation:
South < 35 %
North < 40 %
West < 25 %
East < 35
5.    Roof:
•Horizontal surface with horizontal shading (main entrance, courtyard).
•Insulation materials for roofs to prevent heat built-up and reflect solar radiatio

6. Shading device and light and ventilation consideration:
7.Courtyards and patios:
•North and south courtyard to introduce natural light and assure basic ventilation rates.
•Front perforated screen to prevent sand storms.
•Height to width ratio > 1.
•Green elements to provide good shading and ventilation
